I love trying new things, so here at Wellness by the Day, I will be sharing some of my favorite workouts, healthy recipes, and wellness tips. I’ll also be attending new classes and restaurants in order to provide honest reviews for YOU!

Each day I will post a review of a new class or workout. From classes ranging from CrossFit, barre, spin, and boxing, to the best smoothie bowls, workout clothes, mindfulness exercises, and workout playlists, there will be content here for everyone, so be sure to check back daily!
